Its curtains
I brought some curtains down but of course the guys put up pieces of cardboard instead. Sorry for the small photo bit is hopelessly out of focus.
there's a house round the corner from where we live where they have covered all their windows in pieces of A4 white paper which are a permanent feature. most bizarre.
